Download the Events Manifest file
After you define or make any changes to your title’s events, you must publish them to Xbox Live and download the Events Manifest file.
To develop your title, you need to acquire the Events Manifest file for that title.
The Events Manifest enables you to report events that occur during play.
To download the Events Manifest file
- Navigate to the sandbox and click Events & Stat Rules under Service Configuration from the left-hand navigation menu. Then click the Events Manifest button.
This will open the Download Events Manifest dialog box, which will show the last publish date of service configuration which included events. If you need a more recent version of the events manifest, you can click Publish to publish the current service configuration, and then come back to this page and download the events manifest. You can download the events manifest by clicking Download in the dialog box.
- You will use the Events Manifest file to create a header file that you will use in your title.
For info about how to create this header file, see the “Events” section under “Xbox Live and Online Services” in the Xbox One XDK documentation.
