You can search for entitlements on the Developer Entitlements page, or from Dashboard by typing the serial number in the Search box and pressing Enter.
To get to Developer Entitlements from Dashboard, click Manage in the toolbar to open the drop-down menu, and then click Console Conversion. If you have access to more than one publisher, click Manage, then the name of a publisher, and then click Console Conversion in the menu to the right.
Entitlements can be in one of the following states:
Active
Indicates that the dev kit is ready for development.
New
Indicates that the dev kit hasn’t been successfully scanned.
Pending to Activate
Indicates that the dev kit has successfully been scanned but has not connected to the Internet to complete activation of the entitlement.
Cancel
Indicates that the dev kit has been returned, and the entitlement is canceled.
