Sets the start offset.

Type: SHAPE_XMA_CONTEXT *

[in, out] Pointer to a SHAPE_XMA_CONTEXT structure.

offset
Type: UINT32 

The offset in bits from the start of the read buffer, where decoding should start.

Type: HRESULT
