Copying Service Configuration from One Sandbox to Another Sandbox

Use the following procedure to copy a service configuration from one sandbox to another sandbox.

To copy a service configuration from one sandbox to another sandbox

Important Copy will overwrite all of the existing service configurations. Any changes you have made in the current service configuration will be lost.

1. From the service configuration page of the product instance where you want the configuration to be copied to (destination), click the Copy Config From button at the top right of the screen.
2. On the Copy Service Configuration page, use the Product Instance to copy from drop-down list to select the Sandbox/Product Instance that you want to copy service configuration from (source).
3. Click the Submit button.
4. Publish the changes just made to the destination sandbox. For info about how to do this, see Publish to a Development Sandbox. For info about how to create a sandbox, see Create a New Sandbox.
