To create a product or offering, you first need a product group in Xbox Developer Portal (XDP). A product group is a group of individual products that interact, and that are marketed together in the catalog. The first step in creating a new product group is to create and submit a proposal. For more information about submitting a proposal, see About Concept Submission.
If your concept is approved, your Microsoft account manager will create the product group in XDP.
