Using Xbox Developer Portal (XDP), you have complete control over access to your Xbox One content and information.

Xbox One access: an overview
For your content in Xbox One, an XDP user must be granted access.
Before an XDP user can be granted access to work with Xbox One content, the user’s XDP account must be assigned permission and included in at least one XDP access group.
The permission assigned to a user account defines the kinds of work that the user can do with the content they are granted access to. For information about the available permissions, see Introducing User Accounts and Development Accounts and Introducing Permissions.
Administrators configure access
A user who has an administrative role in your organization can be assigned membership in an access group with the Publisher Org Administration permission or the Publisher Management permission to allow that user to do the following:
- Add new user accounts in XDP.
- Create XDP access groups and device groups and assign users and devices to them.
Access to content is granted only to groups, and not to individual users or individual devices. By basing access on groups, the process is simplified. Rather than granting access for specified content to many individual users or devices, you simply grant access to the groups whose members require it. - Create development accounts for XDP user accounts.
